 Implementation of Logistics and Supply Chain Projects (external or interim management projects support, consultancy, or supervision).

Logistics:RTM

o   Sourcing 3PL: RFP / RFQ process, bid assessment, provide selection and set up tender between partners (Warehousing, Domestic and International Freight, Customs brokerage)
o   New business set up:  Supply Chain & Logistics Operations part; Strategic deployment of facilities and supporting logistics services or teams
o   Freight: Shipments flow analysis and optimization (road and overseas container freight)
o   Warehousing: Storage, inbound and outbound handling process auditing and optimization (warehouse transitions and mergers, new warehouse set-up, floor layout design, etc.)
o   Savings: Looking for potential operational / logistics savings and support in logistics budget build up
o   SOP: Standard Operating Procedures support (SOP auditing and documents creation)
o   Internal Logistics: Goods, parts, information in-house flow optimization

Supply chain:

o   Procurement: Sourcing vendor, contract negotiation, procurement strategy optimization
o   Planning, Forecasting: Process development, team implementation, training
o   S&OP: Sales and Operation planning deployment projects support

We give helping hands and contribute to all stages of dedicated projects (if requested):

o   Project goals definition and project planning: Work breakdown structure, milestones set up, resources and budget planning, building a project plan, risk management
o   Project execution and closure: Progress monitoring, project outcomes review
