Viliam is internationally experienced and APICS certified professional in global end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics transformation projects, with previous background in Sales and Business Development, all in all with 25+ years experience from managerial positions. Proven track record of achievements in the successful completion of international projects, developing new initiatives that help to start/relocate operations, deliver cost savings, and improve processes efficiency. These experiences from a multicultural environment assignments (EU, NA, Asia) qualify him to give sound advises across various types of assignments, managed simultaneously and cross-borderly.
Viliam currently runs his interim / consultancy career as freelancing interim manager and visiting lecturer in MBA modules. Viliam is fully accredited member of professional bodies, such as Institute of Interim Management UK, American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), Czech Association of Interim Management and chairman of the Slovak Association of Interim Management. JANA ONDREASOVA – ICT PROJECTS
Jana graduated with engineer´s degree, specializing in finance, later on she has gathered the PMP certification from PMI Institute and she holds the PhD degree in process engineering, too. Jana has been working as Process engineer and Project manager for Hewlett Packard since 2006. Besides other assignments, the top line experiences she acquired as a core team-member involved in complex projects of software and hardware migration for global clients such as Ericsson or Novartis. On top of that, Jana gathered wealth of intercultural and professional experiences during years 2007 and 2008, when she contributed to international project of new Hewlett Packard Deployment Operations Center set-up in Costa Rica and later on to similar project in China.
