I review, design, plan or transform Global/European Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics strategies, designs, facilities, processes, as well as manage Ops performance and teams.

I strongly believe in holistic attitude to the Supply Chain or organisation as a whole, in order to truly achieve operational excellence by optimised and integrated processes. This can be achieved in close cooperation of Operations, Sales, Finance and all involved service providers and Supply Chain partners. My focus is on delivering expected result by fixing the situation, apolitically addressing findings and issues from a neutral position, following agreed project mission as the highest authority in place.

I`m internationally experienced and APICS multiple-certified, independent freelancing interim professional in global end-to-end Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics transformation projects, with previous background in Sales and Business Development. I am also awarded the APICS Recognised Instructor designation for CLTD, CSCP, and Principles/Foundations/Certificate programmes.

Professional and personal credibility acknowledged by accredited membership in professional bodies, such as American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), Institute of Interim Management UK, Czech Association of Interim Management and Slovak Association of Interim Management.

What?
Contribution to improve Supply Chain performance of businesses by transforming and optimising their Supply Chain strategies, designs, and all related processes and systems. I manage business functions, projects or situations where improvement or optimisation is needed either to increase service level or to get through or out of difficult conditions. Typically, my assignments include looking for improvements and their implementation, strategic tasks like relocation, merger, flow consolidation, new tools adoption, or process development and upgrade.
